Our interface supports English and Spanish as standard, with additional language packs deployable remotely. Accessibility features include high-contrast mode, large-print text settings and audio assistance via the headphone port present on all Genmega hardware models.

Every interaction is logged and analysed. Our product team uses aggregated, anonymised session data to continuously refine the flow and reduce drop-off rates — benefiting both the customer and the investor.

QR code scanning built into the interface allows customers to send Bitcoin directly to any compatible mobile wallet in seconds, with no manual address entry required.

Exchange-connected pricing with zero manual input

Our machines pull live bid and ask prices from Coinbase Advanced Trade and Kraken simultaneously, selecting the most favourable rate for the customer at the moment of transaction. All pricing is displayed transparently before the customer confirms their purchase — there are no hidden spread surprises.

Cash dispensing for sell transactions is typically completed within 90 seconds of blockchain confirmation. For buy transactions, Bitcoin is broadcast to the customer's wallet address the moment the cash is counted and verified by the machine's integrated currency validator.

Transaction receipts are printed on-site and optionally emailed to customers who provide an address during the KYC flow.

All data transmitted between the machine, our platform servers and exchange APIs is encrypted using AES-256, the same standard applied by major financial institutions worldwide.

Identity verification and KYC

All customers are required to verify a government-issued identity document before any transaction above the regulatory threshold. Our KYC partner processes verifications in under 60 seconds.

Anti-money laundering monitoring

Transaction patterns are screened against AML rules in real time by Chainalysis KYT. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with FinCEN requirements.

Tamper detection and CCTV integration

Each machine is fitted with tamper-evident seals and internal sensors that trigger an immediate alert to our operations team if the machine casing is opened without authorisation.

Real-time transaction monitoring

Our operations dashboard processes every transaction event as it occurs. Anomalies — including unusual transaction sizes or repeated declined attempts — trigger automated alerts to the compliance team.
