  • “Investment”: Refers to the financial contribution made by users to purchase or co-own Bitcoin ATMs.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You also agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

4. Services

BTM Vendor offers users the opportunity to invest in Bitcoin ATMs. We handle the purchase, installation, maintenance, and operation of the machines. In return, investors receive a share of the revenue generated by the ATMs, according to the terms outlined in their investment agreement.

5. Investment Terms

  • Minimum Investment: The minimum investment amount required is specified on the Site and may be subject to change.
  • Revenue Sharing: Investors are entitled to a percentage of the revenue generated by their Bitcoin ATM(s), as outlined in their investment agreement.
  • Payment Schedule: Revenue payments will be made according to the schedule specified in the investment agreement, typically on a monthly basis.
  • Withdrawal: Investors may request to withdraw their earnings through the methods provided on the Site, subject to applicable fees and processing times.
  • Risk Disclosure: All investments carry risk. By investing with BTM Vendor, you acknowledge that the value of your investment can fluctuate, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. User Obligations

  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported to us immediately.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of the Site or services, including but not limited to hacking, data breaches, or the dissemination of malware.

7. Fees and Charges

  • Service Fees: BTM Vendor may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to transaction processing fees, maintenance fees, and withdrawal fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed on the Site.
